How to prepare:

·        15 g peel

·        1 L of water

·        1 tablespoon of crushed ginger (as you like)

·        sugar (as you like)

In a pot, we put the coffee peel, ginger, and water until the mixture boils. Then remove the mixture away from the heat and filter the ingredients with a strainer, so now it is ready to drink.
